Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups bran flakes cereal
- 5 to 6 - bananas, mashed
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups walnuts or pecans (optional)
How To Make low-fat banana bran flake muffins

Step 1Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, bran flakes and nuts together.

Step 2Add beaten eggs to mashed bananas, then add these to flour mixture.

Step 3Line 12-count muffin tin with cupcake/muffin papers. Pour batter into muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
