Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest, grated
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
How To Make lemon yogurt blueberry muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and set aside.

Step 3In another bowl combine sugar, honey, eggs, yogurt, melted butter, and lemon zest.

Step 4Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 5Gently add blueberries to mixture.

Step 6Spoon batter into buttered muffin tin or line with muffin papers.
