Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cream (any flavor: do not use non fat or low fat)
  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour

How To Make icecream bread

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350*
  • Step 2
    Combine ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8×4 inch loaf pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.
