- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup softened vanilla ice cream
How To Make ice cream muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Line mini muffin tins with paper liners.

Step 2Stir together all ingredients until just moistened-do not over mix.

Step 3Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
