honey lime oat muffins

Healthy muffins I haven't made these and it is an old recipe. The bake time just says until a toothpick comes out clean. I would start at 20-25 min. and check every 5 min thereafter. Good luck and let everyone know how they turned out.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 8 ounces plain non fat or low fat yogart
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter,melted
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 2 - egg whites,slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- GLAZE
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper liners. Mix.Bake until muffins test done with a toothpick. Mix glaze ingredients and glaze when muffins are still warm.
