Honey Apricot Bread

Christine Whisenhunt

My cousin loves apricot, so when I saw this recipe in an old cookbook that my great aunt gave me that was compiled for her local high school homecoming reunion, I thought of her, and it sounded so good I thought I would share. I think I'll make them the next time she comes to visit. The original version just said honey, but I love orange honey and it is what I use for everything, so I changed it. Also, apricot and orange go so well together, it just made sense!
