  • 1 1/2 c

  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter-melted
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • ICING SRYUP INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar (powder)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter-melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk

How to Make HEAVENSENT CINNAMON PANCAKE MUFFIN W/ICING SRYUP

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350...
    NOW BEFORE U START YOUR MUFFIN MIX, MIX YOUR 1 1/2 CUPS OF MILK WITH 2 TEASPOONS OF LEMON JUICE AND SET ASIDE (FAUX MILK) FOR 10MINUTES
  2. NOW IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL YOUR DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL....
    NOW MIX YOUR REMAINDER WET ITEMS TO YOUR MILK MIX (FAUX MILK) MIX TOGETHER WELL...
    NOTE:IF YOUR MELTED BUTTER SOLIDIFIES IT OKAY IT HAPPENS
  3. NOW MIX WET INGREDIENTS WITH YOUR DRY INGREDIENTS WELL...
    ADD 3 TABLESPOON OF MIX TO EACH MUFFIN HOLES
  4. POP IN THE OVEN FOR 20MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPIC COMES OUT CLEAN...
    LET COOL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING...
    WHILE YOUR MUFFINS ARE COOLIN U CAN MAKE YOUR ICING SRYUP:MIX 1 CUP OF POWDER SUGAR, 2TBS OF MELTED BUTTER, 2TBS MILK TOGETHER WELL IF TO THICK ADD A LITTLE MORE MILK IF ITS TO THIN ADD A LITTLE MORE SUGAR...
  5. NOW THE MUFFINS ARE COOL PUT ON ICING SRYUP AND YOUR ALL DONE!!
  6. NOW PUT ON A PLATE AND ENJOY!!!
