bananas
3/4 c
splenda
1/4 c
egg beaters
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1 c
flour
1/2 c
whole wheat flour
1/3 c
unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 c
semisweet chocolate chips

How to Make Healthier banana-chocolate chip muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 375. Spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray, to prevent sticking. In bowl, mash bananas. Add splenda and egg beaters.
  • 2Add in applesauce. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter 2/3-full into muffin cups.
  • 3Bake 18-20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
