- 3 large bananas
- 3/4 cup splenda
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1-1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray, to prevent sticking. In bowl, mash bananas. Add splenda and egg beaters.

Step 2Add in applesauce. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter 2/3-full into muffin cups.

Step 3Bake 18-20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
