    all-bran cereal
  • 3/4 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/4 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 c

How to Make Good For You Bran Muffins


  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a bowl, pour the milk over the bran cereal and let it soak for 20 minutes
  3. Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, and molasses. Mix well
  4. Add the baking soda to the flour then mix it with the liquid ingredients.
  5. Stir in the raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake
