3/4 stick
butter, melted

sugar
2 Tbsp
molasses
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 1/4 c
self-rising flour
1 c
raisins

How to Make Good For You Bran Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375
  • 2In a bowl, pour the milk over the bran cereal and let it soak for 20 minutes
  • 3Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, and molasses. Mix well
  • 4Add the baking soda to the flour then mix it with the liquid ingredients.
  • 5Stir in the raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake
