- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-bran cereal
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup raisins
How To Make good for you bran muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375

Step 2In a bowl, pour the milk over the bran cereal and let it soak for 20 minutes

Step 3Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, and molasses. Mix well

Step 4Add the baking soda to the flour then mix it with the liquid ingredients.

Step 5Stir in the raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake
