Ingredients
- 1 lb cup almond meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make gluten free pumpkin miffins

Step 1Place almonds in a food processor, pulse until they are fine & powdery. Measure 2 1/2 cups for muffins.

Step 2combine all of the ingredients(except almond meal) Beat for 3 minutes. Add almond meal, mix well. Pour into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You may add raisins or chopped nut if desired.
