How To Make gf banana chip muffins
-
Step 1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and put your muffin cups in your pan. I suggest spraying pam or oil in your muffin cups because they will stick.
-
Step 2Start by sifting all of your dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl combine your eggs and oil together and mix well. Then add your brown sugar and mix until smoth. Then add your bananas and combine well.
-
Step 3Add your wet ingredients to the sifted flour. Then add your sour cream and mix well. Then add your white chocolate chips and stir well.
-
Step 4Fill your cups 2/3 full with mix. Put them in the oven from 17-20 minutes. Check them by inserting a toothpick. They are done when it comes out clean. They will rise and make beutiful fluffy muffins. Enjoy.
