1In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 muffin mixes, baking powder, and flour. Add milk, and lightly beaten eggs. Stir. Add water. Add oil. Mix and blend thoroughly. Mix will be thick. Add fresh blueberries. Stir until evenly mixed.
2Line muffin pan with muffin liners in each cavity. Spoon mixture in cups about 3/4 full.
