How To Make egg muffins

Step 1line muffin tin with muffin liners and spray each one In each muffin section, layer onion, cheese, chopped veggies, and meat (these are optional)

Step 2Beat eggs with seasoning and pour over other ingredients. You may use more egg whites and less yolks. Each muffin section should be 3/4 full
