Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups bisquick heart healthy biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup splenda or sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
How To Make easy pecan muffins w/ cinnamon

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon. reserve 1/3 cup mix. Add remaining ingredients to lg bowl, stir until just moistened. Spoon into muffin cups 1/2 full. Sprinkle w/ reserved pecan mix. Bake 15-18 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
