cream of chicken soup muffin tops
I won first prize for these at the Oregon State Fair in 2011, and my family loves them.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 small sweet onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
How To Make cream of chicken soup muffin tops

Step 1Cook onions and carrots till tender and set aside.

Step 2In one bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.In another bowl, whisk egg and mix soup, milk, applesauce.

Step 3Combine both bowls and add chicken, olives and parsley, onions and carrot and mix well.

Step 4Use cooking spray (non butter kind)to prepare muffin tins or tops. I used (not sued, hehe) mini pans for the affect I wanted. Bake them at 400 for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
