Ingredients For cream of chicken soup muffin tops

2 cflour

3 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1/2 cwhite sugar

1egg
-
1/2 c2% milk

3/4 capplesauce

1/2 ccream of chicken soup

1/2 cshredded chicken
-
1/2 cgrated carrots
-
1 smsweet onion chopped
-
1/2 cchopped black olives
-
1 tspdried parsley
How To Make cream of chicken soup muffin tops

1Cook onions and carrots till tender and set aside.

2In one bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.In another bowl, whisk egg and mix soup, milk, applesauce.

3Combine both bowls and add chicken, olives and parsley, onions and carrot and mix well.

4Use cooking spray (non butter kind)to prepare muffin tins or tops. I used (not sued, hehe) mini pans for the affect I wanted. Bake them at 400 for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
