Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup light butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar splenda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
How To Make cran-oat muffin

Step 1In saucepan combine milk and oats. Bring to boil. Turn off and stir in butter. Slightly cool. Add eggs to the cooled oat mixture. combine all the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients. Fold in cranberries. Divide evenly into greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
