- 1 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup milk or water
- 2 cans (24 oz. each) chili con carne with beans or 2 cans of creamed corn or 1 of each
How To Make corn muffins with chili

Step 1Heat oven to 400^. Mix all ingredients except chili; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Fill 12 greased or sprayed medium muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Heat chili. Serve with warm muffins.
