Ingredients For corn muffin ham and cheese

  • 6
    corn muffins
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    bacon bits
  • /8 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 12 slice
    deli ham
  • 6 slice
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced cucumber

How To Make corn muffin ham and cheese

  • 1
    Cut each muffin in half horizontally. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, bacon bits, dill and parsley. Spread over muffin bottoms. Layer with ham, cheese and cucumber. Replace muffin tops. Makes 6 servings.
