Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
How To Make corn bread

Step 1Set Oven to 350. Cream Butter and add sugar.

Step 2Mix corn meal, milk, eggs and vanilla together in a bowl. Sift Flours, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl

Step 3Add dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture alternately with wet mixture in thirds till just blended. Spoon into foil cupcake cups. You can also butter a 8in square pan. bake for 30 min in cupcake form and 45 min in pan form.

Step 4High Altitudes you may want to add an extra egg and bake at 400.
