- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup pumpkin, canned
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semisweet
How To Make chocolate chip-pumpkin muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In bowl, mix together sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and water.

Step 2In another bowl, mix together flours, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Add sugar mix to flour mix, mix until combined.

Step 3Stir in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups w/ batter, 2/3-full. Bake about 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
