Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup milk, skim
- 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fat free mayo
How To Make cheddar biscuit cups

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray, or line with cupcake liners.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine flour and cheese; stir in milk and mayo.

Step 3Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
