How to Make Breakfast Banana Muffins
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.
2Mash bananas and combine with eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture.
3Pour the batter into muffin cups till it almost reaches the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
