4bananas, very ripe

2eggs, beaten

1/2 capplesauce, unsweetened

1/2-1 tspvanilla

2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 cwhite sugar

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon
How to Make Breakfast Banana Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.
- Mash bananas and combine with eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups till it almost reaches the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
