- 4 - bananas, very ripe
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make breakfast banana muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.

Step 2Mash bananas and combine with eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture.

Step 3Pour the batter into muffin cups till it almost reaches the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
