I have no idea where I got this recipe but have been making these since I was in college (which was years ago)! They are called Beer Rolls but I have always made them in muffin tins. When I make Beef Stew, I have to have my Beer Rolls! They are quite yummy!

How to Make Beer Rolls (muffins)


  1. Mix Bisquick and sugar together. Add enough beer to moisten. Will be the consistency of muffin mix. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top. The beer adds the yeast taste of homemade rolls. Although I have not tried them without the sugar, I am sure it could be left out for an unsweetened roll.
