How To Make beer rolls (muffins)
1Mix Bisquick and sugar together. Add enough beer to moisten. Will be the consistency of muffin mix. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top. The beer adds the yeast taste of homemade rolls. Although I have not tried them without the sugar, I am sure it could be left out for an unsweetened roll. Enjoy!
