Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make basic banana muffins w/ crumb topping

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray 10 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir banana mix into flour mix until just moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups, 1/2 full. In small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Top each muffin cup w/ mix. Bake 18-20 min, or until a toothpick inseerted in center comes out clean.
