- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, rum, vanilla, and milk.

Step 2In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon, baking powder, and flour.
