Have to say I was putting together what was in my refridgerater, but what really shocked me is my 2yr old grandaughter ate most of it! I love my babies there such good eaters!!!

- 1 - med tomato
- 1 box frozen spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese
- - olive oil
- - garlic

Step 1lightly brush flatbread with olive oil sprinkle w/garlic salt. Layer squeezed spinach-Feta, top with tomatoes lightly salt.

Step 2Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 15min. slice in four. slice in squares for app.
