How to Make Navajo Fry Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ingredients together to make a nice soft dough, should not be sticky.
  2. Knead for 10 minutes and let set about half an hour covered with a dish towel.
  3. Then roll out or form into 4-6 inch circles and drop into hot oil until a nice golden brown on both sides.
