Even if you do not like Hummus, you will probabaly like this. When I served it, people asked to take some home! AND it's actually not bad for us! It tastes a bit like having a Gyro.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 ounces cream cheese (neufchatel)
  • 16 ounces garlic hummus
  • 1/2 small red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup kalamata (greek) olives (black will work)
  • 1 small red pepper cleaned & chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, partially peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon greek seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning mix
  • 1 package 8 ounce feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 packages pita chips or nahn bread

How To Make hummin' hummus dip platter

  • Step 1
    Mix the softened Cream Cheese and 1/2 the hummus together with 1 tsp Greek seasoning. Layer this onto a large serving platter.
  • Step 2
    Place the remaining Hummus over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the 1/2 tsp. seasoning
  • Step 3
    Layer the cucumber, red peppers, red onions and chopped olives.
  • Step 4
    Spread the Olives over all. Top with the Feta Cheese and evenly sprinkle with the Balsamic vinegar. Serve with the chips or breads and move out of the way! It will go fast!
