1/4 coil

1 1/2 cbuttermilk

3 Tbspsugar

1/2 cchopped green onions

1 Tbspgrated lemon zest and juice combined

3 cflour

4 tspbaking powder

4 ozcrumbled feta cheese

2 Tbspoil

2 Tbspsesame seeds

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make Greek Flatbread
- Beat together the first 8 ingredients (oil through baking powder) until blended, about 45 seconds. Do no overbeat. Stir in the feta cheese.
- In a 12-inch round baker, add 2 tbsp. oil and spread batter eveningly in pan. Brush top with a little oil that collects on the sides. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds and grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool in pan. Serve warm or at room temperature. Cut into wedges.
