Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest and juice combined
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make greek flatbread

Step 1Beat together the first 8 ingredients (oil through baking powder) until blended, about 45 seconds. Do no overbeat. Stir in the feta cheese.

Step 2In a 12-inch round baker, add 2 tbsp. oil and spread batter eveningly in pan. Brush top with a little oil that collects on the sides. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds and grated parmesan cheese.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool in pan. Serve warm or at room temperature. Cut into wedges.
