Bread Machine Pizza Dough White Whole Wheat

Tess Geer

The original recipe that was given to me called for all white whole wheat flour. I found that to be too heavy and switched out 1 1/2 cups with bread flour. The result is a delicious dough that yields a thin-medium just a little bit chewy crust. Freezes very well, too.

8Let dough rest in the refrigerator overnight or at least 12 hours.
9When you are ready to make pizza, remove desired amount of dough from refrigerator and let sit for one hour. Keep covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out.
