- - 1 cup plain yogurt
- - 1 1/2 cups self raising flour plus extra for kneading
How To Make betty's two ingredient flat bread

Step 1Place the yogurt and flour in a bowl. Use your hands to combine. Tip out onto a well floured clean bench. Knead the dough until smooth (about 4- 6 minutes)

Step 2Cut the dough into 6-8 equal portions and roll each one out. Either use them as a pizza base and bake OR place the rolled dough in a hot griddle and cook each side for a couple of minutes. Repeat with remaining dough.
