all purpose flour
whole wheat flour
How To Make zucchini-blueberry bread
Heat oven to 350. Spray 2 9" x 5" loaf pans w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla 2 mins. Beat in flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Beat in zucchini, fold in blueberries. Evenly pour into 2 pans. Bake 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
