My family loves this bread. It's so sweet and moist. And uses up those big ole zucchini's.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup salad oil
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 can 8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make sweet zucchini bread

Step 1Beat eggs, add next 5 ingredients; beat.

Step 2Sift remaining ingredients, add to previous mixture; add nuts.

Step 3Pour into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9 inch loaf pans.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
