Careful. You may not be able to stop eating! Simple and quick. This will be the sweetest, most moist cornbread you have likely tried. On Mexican nights, I add a can or two of chillies into the mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • - eggs
  • - oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • Opt. 8 ounces chillis

How To Make sweet cornbread

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl; mix both the cake mix and Jiffy mix according to instructions on the boxes. Adding the amount of eggs, oil, water or milk that the box calls for. Brands vary. Combine.
  • With chillies
    Step 2
    Add a stick of melted butter and the can of cream corn. Grease 3 quart oblong baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake according to cake instructions or until center comes out clean. Optional-chilies for a Mexican hint Enjoy!
