~ simple savory cornbread ~
This is one of the many cornbread's my Gram would make, and this was my favorite. So easy and flavorful. I love it fresh from the oven, slathered in butter.

Ingredients
- 2 - jiffy mixes
- 4 - eggs
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
How To Make ~ simple savory cornbread ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. In a large bowl, add all ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon until everything is blended well.

Step 2Pour into prepared baking dish.

Step 3Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden. I like it best straight from the oven with butter.
