This is one of my favorite fall treats. It is great for breakfast, as a dessert and aslo as a snack with coffee.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 16 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2/3 cup water
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Cream Sugar and oil together. Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well.

Step 2Sift dry ingredients together. Add them alternating with water (a little at a time) to the pumpkin mixture.

Step 3Grease and flour 2 9x5 inch loaf pans. Pour the batter into the pans.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 1/2 hours. A toothpick inserted into the middle should come out clean.

Step 5Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack,
