Cranberries and orange were meant to be together like peas and Seriously this is a great breakfast roll or a delicious sweet treat at a party.

8 oz
refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c
butter, room temperature
4 oz
cream cheese
1 large
1/2 c
dried cranberries
1/3 c
pecans, chopped
1 tsp
almond extract
1 Tbsp
orange zest
1/2 c
powdered sugar
2 Tbsp
whipping cream

How to Make Orange-Cranberry Rolls


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2Cream together butter, egg, cream cheese, and almond extract.
  • 3Spread out crescent rolls and seal perforations.
  • 4Spread butter and cream cheese mixture onto crescent roll sheet.
  • 5Sprinkle cranberries, chopped pecans, and orange zest on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • 6Roll up crescent dough into a log. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 7Cut roll into half inch circles and lay on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 8While rolls are baking, combine powdered sugar and whipping cream. Spread or drizzle this on hot rolls when they come out the oven.
