Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs~room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter~softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons lemon extract~more or less to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds~more or less to liking
How To Make lori's famous lemon poppy seed bread

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9X5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another large bowl combine eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon juice, lemon extract and mix until well blended. Add oil and mix well. Pour Wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in poppy seeds.

Step 2Pour into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
