yellow cornmeal
1/4 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt

eggs

whipping cream
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/4 c
honey

How to Make Honey Corn Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • 2In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, oil, honey then beat well.
  • 3Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
  • 4Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan.
  • 5Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
