Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
How To Make honey corn bread

Step 1In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, oil, honey then beat well.

Step 3Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

Step 4Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan.

Step 5Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
