Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
How To Make cranberry pumpkin bread

Step 1Combine eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin, mix well. Combine flour, pie spice, soda and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, pour pumpkin mixture into well. Stir just until moistened. Stir in chopped cranberries. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake one hour in a 350 degrees oven. Makes 2 loaves.
