Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup hersley baking chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream * see note if using oatmeal
- 1 - recipe oat pulp *see note to use oatmeal
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
How To Make chocolate oat bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray a 9x5 (Bread) loaf pan

Step 2In a smaller bowl mix well together the flour, baking powder, salt and dry Hershey's baking chocolate powder. Set a side.

Step 3In a large bowl beat together butter, sugar and eggs Then add the oat pulp and ½ cup sour cream or ½ cup quick oats and ¾ cup sour cream NOTE: do not add both. I used oat pulp.

Step 4Now beat in the flour mixture on low speed until all is blended. Pour Batter into pan and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, until done and a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Step 5Remove from pan, cool completely and dust with powdered sugar or glaze if desired. We served plain.
