Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, room temp.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - bananas, med size, mashed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Pre heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray loaf pans with non stick spray.

Step 2Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.

Step 3In another bowl cream butter gradually adding the sugar and eggs one at a time.

Step 4Add vanilla, mashed bananas and sour cream.

Step 5Blend 1/3 of dry ingredients into the mashed banana mixture at a time. Put in bread pans and smooth tops with a spoon. Bake on center rack for 1 hr and 10 min.
