I love making bread at home in my bread maker! I've developed many recipes, some have failed and others...like this one...come out with flying colors! So flavorful and soft, not to mention quick and EASY! this bread makes any sandwich a true piece of art!

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry italian seasoning
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 7 ounces cheese, grated. use 2 flavors, i like asiago and cheddar.
How To Make perfect savory sandwich bread

Step 1In bottom of bread maker add yeast, sugar & Italian seasoning. Pour hit water over top. Close lid and allow yeast to activate for about 10-12 minutes. The mixture should look puffed up and foamy.

Step 2While waiting for yeast to activate, shread cheese and measure other ingredients.

Step 3Once yeast is done activating, add the remaining ingredients in the following order: flour, salt, oil, garlic and cheese.

Step 4Close lid of bread machine and use the following settings: Quick Or Ultra Fast Medium Crust Press start.

Step 5Once bread is done, allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
