pepperoni pizza bread machine dough cycle
I loved my mother's homemade pizza recipe. I created this bread recipe after that. When I make this for a bake sale it is gone in the first five minutes. This bread makes wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches, croutons, and bread sticks to dip in dipping oil. Here is an additional ingredient that I didn't add to the bread recipe. In the tomato sauce and water add 1 tsp of unflavored gelatin. This makes the bread a little lighter as it acts as a dough enhancer. The bread will be a little denser if not used.
