- 1-1/4 cup lukewarm water (105º-110º)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or softened butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves**
- 1-1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves**
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves**
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour,bread or all purpose
- 1 package (2-1/4 tsp) active dry yeast or quick acting)

Step 1**OPTION: Use these measurement for dried herbs 1 tablespoon dried chopped parsley leaves 3/4 teaspoon dried chopped rosemary leaves 1/4 teaspoon dried chopped thyme leaves

Step 2Place ingredient in bread machine pan in exact order as shown above. Make certain that flour completely covers liquid

Step 3REGULAR COOKING: Turn machine to basic cycle with medium crust. You can also use the rapid cycle for this bread. Your entire house will smell delicious while cooking.
