This is a very simple recipe but so tasty served with Italian food It also makes wonderful sandwiches. Try it toasted with tuna salad. MMMMM good.

Ingredients

  • PLACE INGREDIENTS IN BREAD MACHINE PAN IN THIS ORDER:
  • 1-1/4 cup lukewarm water (105º-110º)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves**
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves**
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves**
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups flour,bread or all purpose
  • 1 package (2-1/4 tsp) active dry yeast or quick acting)

  • Step 1
    **OPTION: Use these measurement for dried herbs 1 tablespoon dried chopped parsley leaves 3/4 teaspoon dried chopped rosemary leaves 1/4 teaspoon dried chopped thyme leaves
  • Step 2
    Place ingredient in bread machine pan in exact order as shown above. Make certain that flour completely covers liquid
  • Step 3
    REGULAR COOKING: Turn machine to basic cycle with medium crust. You can also use the rapid cycle for this bread. Your entire house will smell delicious while cooking.
