easy sugarless white corn bread
I started with a recipe from the Quaker White corn meal box, then tweaked it for no sugar. Here are two versions, plain and cheesy with a kick. The original recipe had 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup oil, I used neither. It did not have the applesauce or the salsa con queso and the milk was set at 1 cup should you prefer the original recipe.
