Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted, unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced scallions
How To Make cheddar-scallion corn bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 11" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Stir in butter, then sour cream and milk until smooth.

Step 3Add egg mix to flour mix, beat just until combined. Stir in cheese and scallions. Pour into pan. Bake 15 mins.
