broccoli cornbread
This is one of my family's favorite treats. My daughter says it is good enough to be dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 packages jiffy cornbread mix
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
How To Make broccoli cornbread

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand for 4 minutes.

Step 2Pour into (1) 9 x 13" or (2) 8 x 8" baking dishes.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. This bread freezes well.
