Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Beat eggs until light and foamy.

Step 2Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix well.

Step 3In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.

Step 4Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in nuts.

Step 5Divide into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
