Ingredients

  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    shredded zucchini
  • 3 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Zucchini Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs until light and foamy.
  2. Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in nuts.
  5. Divide into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
