- 3 packages active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 7 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
How To Make school cafeteria rolls

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put yeast & milk in mixing bowl and add sugar. Let sit until dissolved (about 10 minutes), then add melted butter.

Step 2Add flour, dry milk and salt. Beat well, knead until elastic and shiny. Dough will be a little sticky. Shape into rolls, place on greased sheet nearly touching. Let rise until doubled.

Step 3Brush tops with additional melted butter and dust lightly with flour. Bake about 15 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
